Welcome to Piccy (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and mobile applications provided by Piccy Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Piccy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Using Piccy
You must be at least 13 years old to use Piccy. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use Piccy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, and other content you upload to Piccy ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Piccy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
4. Privacy
Your use of Piccy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Piccy and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Piccy Ltd or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Piccy’s content without our prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Piccy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Piccy or related systems.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Piccy at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use Piccy will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Piccy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Piccy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piccy Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piccy Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of Piccy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
Your continued use of Piccy after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
